Ithaca College students saved some money recently while supporting a great cause. Barbers at Hillel's annual Shoshana Rudnick "Inch-a-Thon" cut students' hair in the north foyer of Campus Center.
Students who donated 10 or more inches of hair received a free haircut. If they donated less than 10 inches, the cost was just $10 -- quite a deal.

Nothing says fall in Ithaca like the annual Apple Harvest Festival. With music, food, dancing, a Ferris wheel, street performers, and an abundance of apples, Apple Fest is one of Ithaca's definitive charms. Roughly 30,000 people headed to the Ithaca Commons for the 26th annual event.

The third annual Tutelo Homecoming Festival recently welcomed back the Cayuga, Tutelo, and Kindred Indian Nations, and the Saponi tribes to Ithaca. Held in Tutelo Park in the Town of Ithaca, the festival was full of people mingling among stalls offering crafts for sale from many different Native American nations.
