Bottled water has long been a point of contention between environmentalists and those who prize convenience and efficiency. Last year Marian Brown, special assistant to the provost and VPAA at Ithaca College, facilitated a project for Ithaca College’s Resource and Environmental Management Program that compared bottled water to tap water.
