A "Real Deal Parents Style" question

A: Potluck is the name of the game when it comes to food on any college campus. But at Ithaca, your child won’t be subjected to the Salisbury steaks and mystery casseroles of decades past. Ithaca’s three main dining halls and food court have enough variety to suit even the pickiest eaters. Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, stir-fry, burgers, sushi, or tofu, you’ll always find it, along with nightly entrée specials, exhibition cooking, delis, and salad bars. With its sustainability initiative, dining services uses fresh, local and organic ingredients, and menus are posted online so your child can choose where to go to satisfy their appetite. Ithaca also caters to a wide range of special dietary needs, including kosher, vegetarian, and vegan.
