Suzanna Slavin ’13 is the artists and repertoire manager for Mom + Pop Music, an independent record label in New York City. She scouts new talent like Courtney Barnett, who was nominated for a Grammy this year for best new artist. Slavin signed her first artist, Mutual Benefit, whose record came out last May. Here she is with members of the band Hinds at the SXSW Music Festival. Slavin was an integrated marketing communications major, where she learned about advertising, public relations, marketing, and sales promotion.
