Two members of the Ithaca College community will be receiving awards this June at the American Physical Therapy Association Annual Conference and Exhibition in Denver, CO.

Professor Charles D. Ciccone, PT, PhD is one of 12 physical therapists selected to receive the association's highest honor, the Catherine Worthingham Fellow award. To receive this prestigious award, the selected physical therapist must have made contributions to the profession through leadership, influence, and achievements that demonstrate frequent and sustained efforts to advance the profession for a period of no less than 15 years (according to APTA bylaws).

Kyle Willets '06, PT, DPT,  is one of 10 students who will be presented with the Mary McMillan Scholarship award, which serves to acknowledge and honor a member of the APTA who has made a distinguished contribution to the profession.
