This year, 25 IC students presented their research at the National Conference for Undergraduate Research (NCUR) at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. The conference promotes undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity in all fields of study and included 3,000 students and faculty from across the country.
One group of IC students presented their research on a new model of online customer service that would integrate Google’s existing search capabilities with a new customer service–oriented platform. Another student presented her analysis of Samuel Beckett’s Endgame. (See sidebar for additional topics presented by IC students.)
