    The Ithaca College Experience

    Q. Can I Participate in Theater if I am a Non-Major?

    A. There are plenty of theater opportunities at Ithaca. The programs offered by the Department of Theatre Arts are highly competitive, so it is very difficult for non-majors to earn a spot in any main-stage play or musical. However, there are theater-related clubs on campus that stage regular performances and are open to all students. IC Players is one group that presents a number of plays every semester and is open to anyone who loves the theater. IC Triple Threat Theatre is another organization that puts on one musical every semester and welcomes students of every major who want to pursue musical theater.
