It’s been a good year for Ithaca College.
For the 12th year in a row, U.S. News & World Report ranked IC among the top 10 master’s universities in the north.
But the accolades don’t stop there. The magazine’s America’s Best Colleges report placed Ithaca as the highest-ranking school in its category in New York State.
The city of Ithaca is also raking in the praise. Ithaca ranked third among America’s smartest cities in a recent issue of Forbes magazine, third in Relocate America’s top 100 places to live in 2007, and second in best green places to live by Country Home magazine.
Since 2001, Ithaca has been featured in at least 30 best cities lists.
