Brylinsky, a communication management and design major, has used her organizational skills to promote sustainability events and environmental awareness on IC’s campus with an eco-events calendar.

Brylinsky was also the first student to receive a Sustainable Curriculum Grant from IC, which she used to create Ithaca’s first communications course on sustainability.

Brylinsky is also the president of IC Feminists, and she's interested in developing a course that combines women’s studies and environmental issues.

The awards will be presented at AASHE’s 2008 conference, “Working Together for Sustainability -- On Campus and Beyond,” in Raleigh, North Carolina.

    Congratulations!
